This coffee is a natural processed heirloom variety from the Guji highlands in Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2100-2300 meters above sea level by the Shonora family, the coffee is cultivated on a 50-hectare farm using organic compost. The flavor profile features notes of violet, raspberry, and milky sweetness, with a prominent blueberry character. This coffee is available in both filter and espresso roast profiles.
