Gedeb is an Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeb region produced by SNAP Coffee on certified organic farms grown at elevations over 2000 meters. It is washed processed and roasted to a Medium-Light level. Tasting notes include persimmon, lime, and bergamot, with a sweet, round cup, smooth lime-like acidity, honey-like sweetness, and a trace of cinnamon.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business. Their approach is centered on sourcing exceptional, certified organic coffees and roasting them to be smooth, balanced, and inviting.
