Sourced from the Gayo Highlands in Aceh, Indonesia, this certified-organic coffee is produced by small-scale growers and washed-processed. It is roasted to a Medium-Light level and presents tasting notes of dried kiwi, pomegranate, and semisweet chocolate. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing, the coffee reflects the region’s volcanic soils and consistent cloud cover.
Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together. They started by roasting beans for themselves and their friends, which eventually blossomed into a full-fledged business.
