A natural-processed Grade 1 Arabica coffee produced by Basha Bekele on a 6-hectare farm in the Bombe District of Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at 2230 masl, this coffee features Ethiopian Heirloom varieties harvested in January 2023. The cup profile is vibrant and fruit-forward with tasting notes of raspberry, raisin, bergamot, red grape, and chocolate. Roasted light/medium, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods. Cup score: 87.75.
