A natural-processed Ethiopian coffee from the Ayla washing station in Bombe Village, Sidamo, harvested in February 2022. Produced by Faysel Abdosh of Testi Coffee, this Grade 1 Arabica uses Ethiopian Landrace varieties (74110, 74148, 71158) grown at 2050 masl. Cherries undergo a 12-hour water soak followed by 28 days of drying on raised beds. The result is a syrupy, balanced, and clean cup with tasting notes of Grape, Apricot, Mango, Jasmine, and Chocolate. Cup score: 87.00. Medium roast.
