Flores Laga Lizu is an Indonesian coffee from the Wolo Wio Ngada region of Flores. Processed using anaerobic honey processing, this coffee features the Linie S-795/Jember varietal. The espresso roast offers complex fruity notes including melon, kiwi, and orange with a long sweet finish.
Espressofabriek was founded in 2005 by Rick Woertman at the Amsterdamse Westergasfabriek, establishing itself as one of the first specialty coffee spaces in the Netherlands and pioneering the Dutch specialty coffee movement. From 2011 onwards, the team began sourcing green coffee and roasting their own beans, developing their craft to match their commitment to quality. The roastery has since expanded to three spots across Amsterdam, including spaces in IJburg and on Zeeburgereiland, each reflecting their philosophy of excellence in every cup. With two decades of experience, Espressofabriek remains a foundational institution in Dutch specialty coffee culture.
