This blend combines coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Panama, including Panama Geisha presented in both washed and natural preparations and an Ethiopia Natural lot; Colombia is listed as "Colombia Culturing." The cup opens with delicate cherry-like floral aromatics and shows ripe-fruit sweetness of white peach and Yubari melon, with red-melon and cherry-blossom accents. Geisha is a component of the blend.

Founded in 2020 in Sumida-ku by Machi Kodama and Sho Takanaka, ou·bai·tou·ri takes its name from a four-character Japanese idiom (桜梅桃李) meaning cherry blossom, plum, peach, and apricot, an expression that each should be valued for its own character. Kodama won the 2023 1st Crack Coffee Challenge roasting competition. The roastery focuses on light roasts with fruit-forward profiles, sourcing seasonal lots and emphasizing the inherent flavors of each origin.
