A blend from three producers (Evin, Axel and Kevin Herrera) in the El Cielito area of Santa Bárbara, Honduras. It combines Pacas, Bourbon and Yellow Catuaí varieties that are fully washed in traditional fermentation tanks. As an espresso blend, it features fig-like sweetness with juicy cherry liveliness, candied pecan and stone fruit, rounded by notes of chocolate and cola.
Founded 2007 by engineers-turned-roasters in Calgary, Phil & Sebastian sources exceptional single-origin beans via direct-trade, roasts meticulously in-house, and operates several cafés.
