A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from Miride Kebele, Bona Zuria in Sidama, produced by Assefa (Assefa Amenu Garmamo) at approximately 2000 m. The lot is varietal 74112 and was processed as a natural (dry) coffee. It is light roasted and offers bright, fruit-forward flavors of nectarine and raspberry with muscat and custard sweetness and a lingering syrupy red currant finish.
