This is a premium single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, specifically from the Halo Bariti cooperative in the Gedeb micro-region of Yirgacheffe. Grown at an extreme altitude of 1850-2300 meters, this coffee is processed using the washed method with careful cherry selection, fermentation for 36-72 hours, and drying on African raised beds for 9-12 days. The beans are Heirloom variety (74110/74112), known for their intense floral aromatics and bright citrus acidity. This light-medium roasted coffee showcases delicate notes of wild ginger flower, sweet orange, honey, and citrus with excellent sweetness and clean finish.
