About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Yaye Washing Station in Ethiopia, part of the Odakko Project—a traceable, single-variety offering. Sourced from 50 smallholders in the Yaye and Chericho villages at elevations of 2150-2300 meters, this Grade 1 coffee features the 74158 variety, a disease-resistant selection from the Jimma Agricultural Research Center. Processed using Natural Special Prep with meticulous hand-sorting and extended 28-day drying on raised beds under shade nets. The coffee offers flavor notes of jammy red fruit balanced by dark chocolate, red wine acidity, and mild sugary sweetness.
