A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeo Zone (near Chito), produced by Mesfin Girma. Grown at 1850–2150 masl from heirloom Wush Wush trees, the cherries undergo a 120-hour dry fermentation and are dried on raised beds for 12 days (locally called “wine processed”). The cup shows vibrant notes of Watermelon Sour Patch Kids, fruit bomb character, jasmine florals, and a clean, sweet finish.
