A fully washed single-origin coffee from Riripa Village in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, grown at 1,900–2,200 masl. The variety is JARC 74110. Ripe cherries are selectively handpicked, pulped, fermented, and dried on raised beds for 7–10 days. The cup is classic washed Ethiopian in character, featuring floral, citrus, and tea-like qualities with tasting notes of jasmine, lime, and candied lemon.
