This is an organic natural processed coffee from the Foge washing station in Gedeo, Gedeb Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The coffee is grown at 1800-2000 meters altitude and comprises heirloom varietals. It is traditionally produced and sun-dried on raised beds.
