This coffee is sourced from the Mulish washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. It is a washed coffee produced by a community of smallholder farmers. The flavor profile is vibrant and delicate, featuring notes of tart stone fruits like peach. As the coffee cools, it develops a sweetness reminiscent of a honey-sweetened Arnold Palmer.
Cat and Cloud was founded in 2016 in Santa Cruz, California by Jared Truby, Chris Baca, and Charles Jack all former barista champions and coffee competition veterans. The roastery runs a Loring S15 Falcon.
