Ethiopian coffee from Jimma region in Oromia at 2,000 meters altitude, produced by Mensur Aba Hika. The varietal is Ethiopian 74110, a traditional local strain developed in the 1970s at the Jimma Agricultural Research Centre. Naturally processed with tasting notes of rosé and strawberry laces. Hand-picked cherries dried on raised African beds.
