A natural-processed coffee from the Keramo community in the Sidama highlands of Ethiopia, grown at elevations above 2,300 meters. Sourced through Daye Bensa, a family-owned operation led by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo, recognized multiple times in the Cup of Excellence including 1st place in 2020. This Keramo lot was dried slowly on raised African beds, turned frequently for uniformity, and finished under shade to preserve its complex aromatic profile. The cup is clean and fruit-forward with tropical sweetness and a subtle floral aroma.
