Wells Coffee Company

Wells Coffee Company launched in 2013 through a Kickstarter campaign backed by 178 supporters, the culmination of nearly two decades of home roasting by founders Brandon and Nicole Wells. The couple started with a six pound San Franciscan roaster purchased with those crowdfunded dollars and have since scaled up to a 25 pound drum roaster at their Fort Lauderdale facility. Nicole Wells is a certified Q Grader, and both founders have invested heavily in their coffee education, including origin trips to Colombia and formal training programs. The company roasts specialty coffee daily, producing handcrafted blends, single origin offerings, and distinctive draft beverages like nitro cold brew and horchata cold brew. Wells is a roaster built on patience, the kind that comes from spending years learning the craft before ever going commercial.
