This organic coffee is sourced from the Alaka farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Metad. It consists of Heirloom varieties, specifically 74110, 74112, 74140, and 75227. The coffee is naturally processed (bærtørket) and was harvested manually in February 2025. It offers a flavor profile featuring notes of lemon, red berries, dried fruit, black tea, and milk chocolate.
