About This Coffee

This natural-processed Ethiopian coffee originates from Hambela in the Guji zone, grown at 2000-2300 meters altitude by smallholder farmers using garden-style farming methods. The coffee features primarily Heirloom varieties from the 74 series, developed for disease resistance. Hand-harvested cherries are sorted and dried on raised beds under shade for 10-14 days with frequent turning. The cup profile displays purple grape, mango, white peach, strawberry, and wine aromatics with flavors of grape juice, strawberry jam, peach, bergamot, fruit liqueur, and cocoa undertones, creating a bold, full-bodied experience.
