A fully washed Grade 1 coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, sourced from smallholder farmers of Layo Terega Village. Grown at 1,900–2,300 masl, the coffee is made with JARC varieties. Only ripe, red cherries are selectively handpicked, then pulped, fermented, washed in clean water, and dried on raised beds for 7–10 days. The high altitude contributes sweetness with stone fruit and citrus character. Flavor notes include plum, blackcurrant, bergamot, and citron.
