This coffee is from the Shakiso processing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, founded in 2010 by Kebede Dhubo. Approximately 650 farmers deliver their coffee to this station. The coffee grows at 1900 meters altitude and is harvested between October and January. The cherries are sun-dried on African beds for 18-21 days. The variety is Heirloom, processed as a natural/sun-dried coffee. The flavor profile is sweet and juicy with tones of berries and sugar cane. The producer is A. Malik Keder.
