A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Guji highlands, grown at 2,100 meters in Goro Bedessa. This micro lot was produced by smallholder farmers and processed at Kayon Mountain washing station. Flavor notes include lemon bars, jasmine, and juicy fruit gum in a cup described as radiant, floral, and clean. Recommended as a pour over or Chemex.
