This coffee is a Gesha 1931 variety from the Gesha Village estate in the Bench Maji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2049 meters. It is a natural processed coffee, where cherries are sorted, floated, and dried on African raised beds for approximately 30 days until reaching 11% moisture content. The coffee is then rested for two months to allow flavors to develop. It features a delicate flavor profile with notes of magnolia, peach, and sweet orange.
