This single-origin Ethiopian coffee comes from Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo Zone (Gedeb, Banko Lalisa) and was produced by Jamison Savage. The lot was processed using a black honey method—leaving the sweet, sticky mucilage on the cherry while drying under extra shade. Grown at 2500–2700 MASL, it is offered as a filter (light) roast and is described as suitable for espresso.
