Ethiopia Gedeo is a single-origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, grown at 1800 meters elevation. This heirloom varietal is washed-processed and medium-roasted to balance sweetness and brightness. The coffee offers tasting notes of toffee, cherry, and almond biscotti, with a layered cup featuring round body, gentle acidity, and smooth finish that works well across multiple brew methods.
