It undergoes anaerobic natural processing: ripe cherry is handpicked, visually inspected, then fermented in sealed GrainPro bags for 24-36 hours before being dried on raised beds for 2-3 weeks. The coffee exhibits fragrance notes of mango, passion fruit, and peach, with flavor profiles featuring fruit wine sweetness, strawberry fudge, and a lingering bergamot finish.
