About This Coffee

Wanza is a naturally processed single-origin coffee from the Lalesa washing station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, grown at 2150–2200 meters above sea level by a collective of micro-farmers. Made from 100% native Arabica varieties, the cherries are sun-dried for 12–15 days, developing rich sweetness and layers of fruity intensity. Flavor notes include apricot, salted caramel, honey, and grapefruit citric acidity, with a velvety finish. The flavor profile is described as fruity and floral, bold yet balanced.
