About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Chelbesa washing station in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 2200 meters, it consists of traditional Ethiopian Heirloom varieties. The coffee is processed using a washed method, where cherries are depulped and fermented in tanks before being dried on raised African beds. Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
