This Ethiopia Buku Natural is a single-origin coffee from smallholder producers in the Buku Abel area of the Guji Zone. Grown at elevations between 2,100 and 2,300 meters, this coffee is processed using the sun-dried natural method. It features a vibrant flavor profile characterized by notes of mango, ripe papaya, dense berry, Madagascar chocolate, and warm baking spices like chai, cinnamon, and star anise. This light roast offers a clean, aromatic, and exceptionally sweet cup with a lingering finish.
