This coffee is sourced from the Arsosala washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, situated at an altitude of 1800-1900 meters. It is a washed coffee consisting of heirloom Ethiopian varieties. The flavor profile features notes of dried stone fruit, fresh berries, dried bergamot, and lavender, complemented by a soft mouthfeel and mellow tangy acidity. This coffee is roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
