Ethiopia Alo Sky Project Divine 74158 is from Sidama (Bensa), produced by Tamiru Tadesse at 2450 masl. Variety 74158 underwent a double-stage anaerobic natural process, producing flavors of geranium, green apple compote, pink guava and orange marmalade with a silky body. Roast suited to filter preparations (medium-light).
