This coffee is a nano lot from Alo Coffee, owned and operated by Tamiru Tadesse, winner of 1st place in the 2021 Ethiopian Cup of Excellence. Sourced from his farm in Sidama, Bensa region at an altitude above 2400 meters, it is processed using the washed method at a washing station located in Alo Kebele. The variety is 74110, a recognized Ethiopian cultivar. Tamiru also works with surrounding local farmers to highlight the quality of Ethiopian specialty coffee.
