This green coffee is from Sidama (Bensa), Ethiopia, grown by Tamiru Tadesse at 2450 masl. Variety 74158 is honey processed, yielding floral, ruby grapefruit, apricot jam, clementine and sencha-like notes. Crop year 2025; sold as unroasted specialty beans for custom roasting.
