Produced by Don Federico Barrueta, this nano-lot coffee (Rojo, 20 kg) features Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. Available in both Traditional Washed (Lavado) and Natural processing methods. The farm has been recognized in national competitions including Taza de Excelencia and is known for organic and biodynamic farming practices.
