This coffee is a mix of high performing Geisha natural microlots from Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes Farm. Each microlot was dried at the mill in Palmira. The microlots selected by the Petersons display tropical fruitiness with notes of jasmine, brown sugar, nutmeg, and grapefruit.
