This Ethiopian coffee from Elto Elora producer is processed using a semi-washed method, with cherries pulped and dried with some mucilage retained. Roasted to an omni roast, the coffee features mild but persistent acidity with citrus notes, honeyed sweetness, and a textured finish reminiscent of brewed black tea. Grown at 2200 meters altitude.
