This coffee is sourced from producer Anderson Robadel in Caparaó, Brazil, at an altitude of 1200 meters. It features mixed varietals and is naturally processed following traditional Ethiopian methods. The cherries are selectively picked when ripe and slowly sun-dried to develop depth and texture. The flavor profile includes sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, almond, and chocolate ganache notes with a full, creamy body, smooth texture, and gentle acidity. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
