El Salvador single origin coffee from Loma La Gloria estate located in El Boqueron on Quezaltepec Volcano. Producer Anny Ruth Pimentel cultivates traditional varieties including Pacamara and Bourbon under shade trees. Cherries are selectively harvested based on brix measurements with traceability to specific estate sections. Coffee is processed as honey or natural, then dried on clay patios and raised beds. Every lot is cupped before milling at the on-site Loma La Gloria mill.
