This limited harvest Geisha coffee is produced by the Alvarez family at Finca La Reforma in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. Grown at an elevation of 1500 to 1600 meters, the coffee is selectively handpicked and processed using the natural method, where the ripe cherry is left intact during the drying process on raised beds. This coffee offers a bright roast profile with distinct flavor notes of black cherry, tamarind, and orange.
