The Bourbon variety undergoes an Anaerobic Washed with Thermal Shock process, resulting in a creamy and juicy cup with tasting notes of Crème Brûlée, Lime Candy, Raspberry, and Cherry. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing. Scored 88.00 on the cup score. Roasted in collaboration with Morning Roast.
