This coffee is a 100% Caturra variety from Planadas, Tolima, Colombia. It is a natural process coffee produced by 175 smallholder families. The beans are sun-dried on raised beds and patios, with cherries turned four times daily to ensure quality. The flavor profile features intense sweetness of ripe dark fruits, including notes of passion fruit, berries, and chocolate. It offers a heavy, syrupy body with a rich, winey acidity and a lingering, aromatic finish.
