This is a specialty Brazil coffee from the Fazenda Pinheiro / Campinas plantation in the São José do Rio Pardo region. The lot is grown by about twenty farmers at 1000 m altitude and is natural processed. Roast level is medium, producing a velvety body with high sweetness and low acidity. Flavor notes emphasize chocolate, vanilla and cookie-like sweetness, making it versatile across espresso and filter methods.
