This coffee is a limited microlot from the El Eden farm in Garzón, Huila, Colombia, grown by producer Hugo Gonzalez at 1,800 meters altitude. The coffee combines Chiroso and Java varieties across 3 hectares of land. The Chiroso variety is genetically linked to Ethiopian landrace, bringing bright and floral notes. The coffee is washed processed, with dry fermentation after depulping, then washed and dried on raised beds or parabolic dryers. Flavor notes include raspberry, white grape, and candied spice, described as sweet, fruity, and comforting.
