This Sidra variety coffee is grown at 1,850 meters at Finca El Diviso in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Produced by Adrian and Nestor Lasso, the coffee undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation process followed by low-temperature drying. This rare variety offers a vibrant and layered flavor profile with notes of red wine, cran-raspberry juice, and cacao. It is a light roast coffee suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
