About This Coffee

This coffee is a single-origin offering from the Loma Verde farm in Colombia, produced by Pedro Echevarria. Grown at an elevation of 1650 to 1750 meters, this coffee features the Chiroso variety. It is processed using the fully washed method and dried on raised beds. The flavor profile is characterized by notes of clementine and honeysuckle.

Denim Coffee

Matt and Kristin Ramsay founded Denim Coffee in 2011, starting with a small studio space in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and selling at local farmers markets. Tony Diehl joined as co owner in 2016 as the operation expanded. The roastery is now headquartered in a 30,000 square foot facility on Siloam Road in Chambersburg, housed in a former ice factory and fallout shelter, where a 60 kilo IMF roaster installed in the fall of 2023 handles production. Seven coffee shop locations span Central Pennsylvania, from Carlisle and Mechanicsburg to Harrisburg and Lancaster. Denim won the inaugural Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry Small Business of the Year award and achieved 45 percent growth despite rising commodity costs.
