Managed by Rafael Silva Jr., the farm benefits from hot, dry conditions and mineral-rich volcanic soils. This coffee is a natural process selection that offers a juicy, full-bodied cup profile. Tasting notes include blackberry, grape, and smooth chocolate, with a rich sweetness and a lingering chocolate finish.
