A washed Ecuadorian coffee from 40 producers organized as Cosmel Merino in the Chito, Zamora Chinchipe region, cultivated at 1400-1900 meters altitude. Grown from local Arabica cultivars, this coffee features a slightly creamy body with bright green apple acidity and undertones of apricot jam and kiwi.
