This coffee is sourced from the Vilcabamba valley in Loja, Ecuador, at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters. It features the Typica Mejorado variety, a hybrid of Bourbon and Ethiopian Landrace. The coffee is processed using a fully washed method, involving 24-36 hours of fermentation followed by drying on raised beds. The flavor profile is characterized by crisp notes of apple cider, delicate honeysuckle, and refined green tea, complemented by a clean caramel sweetness.
