This is an unroasted green coffee bean from the La Florida farm in the Loja region of Ecuador, grown at 1400–1600 MASL. Produced by Fabricio & Ramiro Coronel Pilco, the coffee is the Typica Mejorado variety and processed using an anaerobic washed method. From the 2026 crop year, it features flavor notes of hibiscus, lemon verbena, red plum, citronella, and blueberry.
